- Identify and generate new sales opportunities via research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments
- Develop strong relationships with customers and create a business relationship whereby Advance Staffing Solutions is the service of choice
- Prepare proposals and negotiate sales contracts
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Manage territory and targeted clients in an efficient manner in order to maximize revenue opportunities
- Partner with recruiting team in order to facilitate a successful, streamlined process and delivery with customers
- Meet weekly activity and revenue targets and goals
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently
- Ability to excel in a goal-driven sales environment
