To ensure the safety of our employees, The Advance Group remains committed to a Drug Free Workplace. As such, neither the recreational or medical use of marijuana on or off duty will be accommodated. A confirmed positive marijuana drug test will establish use or “under the influence” and is grounds for immediate dismissal.
