Johnson brings with her nearly 30 years of staffing industry experience from the Midwest markets. She has worked with both government and the private industry. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations and Advertising from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
In her role prior to joining The Advance Group, Johnson helped grow a family-owned firm to become the premier staffing, consulting and PEO services firm in Wisconsin with 120 employees, 1100 temporary staff and 1500 PEO employees. Johnson serves on the board of directors for Affiliated Staffing Group (ASG) and Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services.
