Find Michigan and Ohio Jobs with Better Benefits!

Whether you’re looking for a new job in Michigan or Ohio or considering launching a job search, it’s normal to focus on the salary. However, that shouldn’t be your only priority. Instead, it would help if you found a position that comes with better benefits, too.

By and large, finding a role with excellent benefits is essential for your long-term financial security. It ensures you have critical protections in place and can do planning for the future more manageable, giving you peace of mind.

At The Advance Group, we understand the value of exceptional benefits. That’s why we make sure that our candidates have access to everything they need, giving them the support they require to live comfortably and plan for their future.

If you want to find Michigan and Ohio jobs with better benefits, here’s a look at what you can get by working with The Advance Group.

Health Benefits

Healthcare coverage is usually at the top of the list when it comes to desirable benefits. The Advance Group makes getting the plan you need more accessible. On the first of the month following 60 days of employment, all candidates are eligible for medical benefits.

You’ll receive details about the employee contribution, giving you the option to sign up. Once you do, you’ll receive ACA-compliant essential coverage, a medical and hospital indemnity plan, and dental insurance, allowing you to handle your healthcare needs better.

401(k) Plan

Employees through The Advance Group can qualify for a 401(k). With this, you can contribute toward a retirement plan, giving you the ability to set money aside for your golden years.

You do have to meet specific eligibility requirements to qualify. If you have questions about eligibility or plan options, your Advance representative can provide you with the necessary information.

Vacation Pay

After completing 2,000 hours on The Advance Group’s payroll, employees can receive holiday pay. You’ll earn 40 hours that you can spend during the calendar year, paying out at a rate that matches your current hourly pay rate.

Using vacation time is simple. You need to be on an assignment and your scheduled shift immediately before and after your vacation.

Vacation time that isn’t used during the allotted window can be cashed out as long as you’re actively on the assignment. When you complete another 2,000 hours, you’re eligible for a new batch of vacation time.

Holiday Pay

Once you complete 2,000 hours on The Advance Group’s payroll, you’re eligible for holiday pay. All you have to do is work the scheduled day before and after the holiday. If you do, you’ll receive holiday pay.

With holiday pay, you’ll receive eight hours of pay based on your current hourly rate. The Advance Group recognizes six holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Ultimately, all of the benefits above may be available to you by partnering with The Advance Group. If you’d like to learn more about our programs or current openings, the team at The Advance Group wants to hear from you. Contact us today.
