I’ve been working with The Advance Group for the past 7 years. I have worked with numerous Staffing companies to help fill our openings, and The Advance Group is by far superior than all others.
My plant is very difficult to maintain a full time crew because our needs vary throughout the year, although, they understand and have the ability to fill our needs on short, to no notice.
The ability for them to adhere to our demands and even adjust the agreements to meet our guidelines, puts them head and shoulders above the rest.
