We offer a ton of great benefits to our candidates, including:

Health insurance benefits are available to employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We’ll give you all the details about each available package within 30 days of eligibility or whenever the benefit offerings are revised. We’ll let you know about any required employee contribution.

It includes:

  • Medical and Hospital Indemnity Plan
  • Dental Plan

Referral bonuses are open to anyone who refers an applicant and their referral completes 80 hours of work.

Vacation and Holiday Pay are available to employees after completing 2,000 hours on our payroll. As long as you’re actively on an assignment and work the scheduled day before and after your vacation and/or holiday, you’re in.

Employees will earn 40 hours of vacation time after working 2,000 hours and will be paid in lieu of vacation time if it is not used within one calendar year after accrual. Vacation time will be paid at your current hourly pay rate. Employees that are actively on assignment may request a payout of their vacation time.

Employees who are terminated or voluntarily quit will not be eligible for a payout of any unused vacation time.

You will be eligible for additional vacation pay upon completion of another 2,000 hours.

Holiday pay is based on eight hours at your current hourly pay rate. The six recognized holidays are:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
