Advance Benefit Programs
Health insurance benefits are available to employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We’ll give you all the details about each available package within 30 days of eligibility or whenever the benefit offerings are revised. We’ll let you know about any required employee contribution.
It includes:
- ACA Compliant Minimum Essential Coverage
- Medical and Hospital Indemnity Plan
- Dental Plan
Vacation and Holiday pay are available to employees after completing 2,000 hours on our payroll.
Employees will earn 40 hours of vacation time after working 2,000 hours and will be paid at their currently hourly pay rate.
Holiday pay is based on 8 hours at your current hourly rate. The six recognized holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
