Health insurance benefits are available to employees on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We’ll give you all the details about each available package within 30 days of eligibility or whenever the benefit offerings are revised. We’ll let you know about any required employee contribution.
It includes:
Vacation and Holiday pay are available to employees after completing 2,000 hours on our payroll.
Employees will earn 40 hours of vacation time after working 2,000 hours and will be paid at their currently hourly pay rate.
Holiday pay is based on 8 hours at your current hourly rate. The six recognized holidays are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

I worked for Advance for around 5 months. Jordan was the individual who I dealt with when I first came in the office looking for work. She was extremely polite, and answering all of my questions at the time. The most important part of all, I was working almost immediately! But it doesn’t stop there. The first assignment I was sent on ended up not being a match for me. I let Jordan know the issue and was sent to a new assignment. This turned out to be a fantastic fit for me. So well, that the company selected me out of all of their contract employees, to become part of their team. Advance Staffing was very easy to work with. Shortly after I completed my initial application they had me interviewing for positions in my field.
