Starting out in the winter of January of 2000, I was in between jobs when I came across the job at Mazda plant in Flatrock. I came in for a week’s long job working in the Stamping Dept. After about a week of work I was offered a job that has now lasted me 20 years with the same company and outfit at the Flatrock Ford Plant. The people and the education that I have received will last me a life time. They really know and understand family, and that is one of the reasons I have continued working here to this day.
WFQ has been using Advance for about one year now. We were looking for a staffing company that could meet our short time demands and provide us with qualified candidates to aide in our sorting activities for our customers. WFQ has been happy with the services provided by the staff at Advance. I have directly hired one of the inspectors that has been working with our Toledo team at multiple sites for approximately 8 months. She has been a great asset to our team. I would like to thank Alayna, Kaydee and the other Advance staff for going out of their way in helping to find candidates in a moment’s notice or last minute to cover the weekend when our customer needs us onsite.
