Job Opportunities at First Solar
1. Production Operator ($15/hr + 10% shift premium for nights, $16.50/hr)
The Production Operator role at First Solar is your gateway to a rewarding career in the solar industry. As an entry-level position, you’ll be responsible for various tasks, including:

- Safely operating specific equipment
- Managing materials and processes
- Learning to perform preventative maintenance
- Responding to machine alarms
- Conducting basic quality control procedures
- Interfacing with equipment and factory computer systems
While the job involves tasks like assembling crates, loading machines, and monitoring processes, it also requires good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
2. Forklift Operator ($15.75/hr + 10% shift premium for nights, $17.33/hr)
Are you an experienced forklift operator with a valid driver’s license? First Solar is looking for individuals who can handle the following responsibilities:

- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Performing other duties in addition to forklift operation
If you have at least 6 months of recent forklift experience, you might be the right fit for this role.
